Don’t Assume Rides are the Same at All Disney Parks (Disney World Tips – 120 of 365)
If you’ve been to another Disney park, you might assume that there are some rides you can skip at Disney World, because you’ve been on them before.
This is not necessarily the case. Just because a ride has the same name as one in another park, doesn’t mean it’s the exact same ride.
For example, I’ve now been on Pirates of the Caribbean in 3 different parks: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. And do you know what? All 3 were noticeably different! So it was really worth it to see each one.
The Haunted Mansion / Phantom Manor is another one that is different in different parks. Even It’s a Small World has differences in between all of the parks.
So if you’re trying to only go on “new” rides to you, make sure you take the time to look up what rides are similar and what are different at the different parks if you’ve been to others.
