Getting the Most out of Photopass (A.K.A. Memory Maker) (Disney World Tips – 140 of 365)

camera - take more pictures

I still think of it as Disney’s Photopass, but I know it’s called Memory Maker now.

If you do order it, you’re going to want to get as much out of it as you can, as it is not inexpensive.

But it’s really great to be able to have pictures (and videos!) of your whole family all over the park, and even on some of the rides!

Here are some things you don’t want to miss out on:

  • Get your pictures taken at the front of each of the 4 parks
  • Get your pictures taken with different characters
  • Get “Magic Shots” where Disney characters will magically show up when you get your pictures! (You can ask the Photopass photographers about this, only some of them offer it.)
  • Get your picture taken in both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon certain times of the year
  • Get your picture taken at the Bibbity Boppity Boutique after a makeover
  • Get a video of your ride on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or Tower of Terror (more to be added)
  • Get your ride photo at rides like Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Test Track, Rock ‘n Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, and more.

Whenever you see a Photopass photographer in a place you haven’t taken a picture before – or at a different time of day – or that doesn’t have a line – jump in and get your picture taken.

The more pictures you get taken, the more of a chance you’ll end up with some that you’ll love!
