Running/Jogging at Walt Disney World (Disney World Tips – 131 of 365)
Do you like running or jogging? Or even taking long walks?
Don’t get me wrong, you will get a LOT of walking in while at any Disney World park.
But maybe you’re the type of person that needs to go for a run or jog each day in order to start the day off right.
If that’s the case, you may be surprised to know that there are jogging and running trails all over Disney World property.
In fact, almost every hotel has a nice trail – usually around a mile up to 4 miles each.
Here’s a link where you can see what trails are available where. Your hotel might have the perfect trail so you can run first thing in the morning.
Just make sure you save some energy for the parks…you’ll need it!
