Tips for Visiting Disney World in March (Disney World Tips – 312 of 365)
If you’re looking to visit Disney World in March, here are some things to take note of:
- The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival kicks off in the beginning of March, and lasts until the end of May. If you love flowers, topiaries, and concerts, this can be a great time of year to attend.
- The weather is beautiful in March. The highs are in the mid to upper 70’s, so it’s a great time to be in Disney World since it’s not too hot or too cold.
- While the very beginning of the month is uncrowded, it isn’t long until spring break starts and different parts of the country get off of school, making the parks more crowded.
- If Easter falls in March, then the parks will be even more crowded since many people come down during their Easter break.
- As soon as spring break starts and the parks get more crowded, the parks will stay open later.
- Avoid the weeks surrounding Easter as so many people will be there that some days parks might stop letting people in as they are too crowded.
- If you are going to go during this time, make sure you have Fastpass+ reservations, get to the parks before they open, and have a plan of what rides you want to go on. You’ll still end up waiting in lines, but it won’t be as bad as if you don’t plan at all.
