Staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs is a great way to stay at a more upscale resort than a value resort, but still not spend a fortune on your room.

The theme is southwestern with brightly colored rooms, and beachfront cabanas around a 22 acre lake.

Here are some great reasons to stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort:

• It’s closest to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and then Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so it’ll take you less time to get there than other places on property.
• There is a pool area built around a 50 foot replica of a Mayan pyramid, along with a waterslide. It also has the largest outdoor hot tub at Disney World, fitting 22 people.
• They have some special pirate themed rooms you can book.
• Since you’re on Disney property, you get all of the great benefits, such as the bus system, Magical Express, and extra hours at the parks.
• It has its own bus, meaning you won’t have to wait for any other stops, it goes from the hotel to the parks, and back.
• You get fun benefits such as Movies under the Stars, the La Vida Health club, awesome themed pools, great food court, shop, arcade, a place to do laundry, playground and more.
