If you see that there is a 13-minute wait at either the Tower of Terror (at Disney’s Hollywood Studios) or the Haunted Mansion (at the Magic Kingdom), get right on over there!

That means that there is no wait at all!

…and I’m sure you’ll agree that having no wait to get on a ride is so much fun. On top of that, people might not be rushing over since they’ll think there is a wait if they don’t know any better.
