Stay on Disney Property for Less than a Value Resort (Disney World Tips – 185 of 365)
Do you want to stay on Disney property, but want to spend even LESS than the value resorts cost?
If you don’t mind sleeping in your tent or RV, you can stay at the campsites at Fort Wilderness.
There are multiple levels to choose from – just a basic campsite to a preferred one, etc…
It will cost even less than a value resort. Of course, that’s if you already have the tent and/or RV.
Otherwise it probably wouldn’t be worth it.
But if you enjoy camping, it’s a great idea. You get to use all of the amenities that people staying at the cabins at Fort Wilderness have, minus the room.
If you enjoy outdoor activities, it will make for a great vacation! You can even take the boat from Fort Wilderness to the Magic Kingdom. Buses to other locations are also available.
