If You’re Not Used to Walking a Lot – Start Walking Each Day Now! (Disney World Tips – 110 of 365)
If you (or anyone who is going on the Disney World trip) doesn’t walk a lot, I strongly suggest you start walking ahead of time.
When you’re in Disney World, you will do a LOT of walking. Even if you’re used to walking a lot each day, I guarantee that you’ll be exhausted by the end of the day. So if you’re NOT used to walking a lot, now is the time to start.
Even if you’re just walking around the block a few times, if you and other members in the family get used to walking more each day now, you’ll be in a lot better condition to deal with all of the walking around you’ll be doing in Disney.
The last thing you want is to be miserable by the middle of the day because of all of the walking – or have to leave the parks in the middle of the day because you just can’t walk anymore.
This is also a great idea for children who aren’t in strollers anymore, but aren’t used to doing much walking. This will make it a bit easier!
If you want to be able to get the most out of your trip, just do a little bit of walking each day so you get used to it.
It will definitely help!
(But don’t say I didn’t warn you – no matter what, you’ll still be exhausted at the end of the day…but in a good way!)
