Ages 3 – 9 are Children; 10 and Above are Adults (Disney World Tips – 104 of 365)

Children

How old are your children?

In the last tip, I wrote about how if your child is under 3, they’re free. As long as they’re 2 on their first day of the trip, they’re free even if they have a birthday during the trip.

A similar thing goes for 9 year old children.

Anyone who is between the ages of 3 through 9 is considered a child at Disney, and you’ll pay for a child.

Once they’re 10, they’re considered an adult.

So if you’re considering going to Disney around that time, consider going while they’re still 9 so you can pay the child’s price.

Even if the child turns 10 during the trip, as long as they’re 9 on the first day, you can pay for them as a child for the trip.
