If you want to be able to walk to the Magic Kingdom from your hotel, you should stay at the Contemporary Resort.

The Contemporary Resort is the only hotel where you can do this!

It’s really nice not to have to wait for transportation to show up. You just start walking, and before you know it, you’re at the Magic Kingdom.

What’s also really cool is the monorail goes right through the Contemporary Resort.

So you can easily take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom if you don’t feel like walking, or to Epcot or the other resorts that are on the monorail.
