If you think that you can’t get to your hotel before check-in time because you have nowhere to put your luggage, think again.

Disney resorts (and most other hotels all over the world) will happily watch your luggage while you go out, even if haven’t checked in yet.

In fact, Disney resorts will lock up your luggage and give you a claim check for them so that you can go have fun in the parks, and come back later to pick up your luggage and go to your room once it’s ready.

It’s the same when you check out as well.

You can check out of your hotel, bring the luggage to the front (usually they have a separate area for storing luggage), and they’ll watch your luggage all day while you’re at the parks.

When you’re done, come get your luggage, and then you can go to the airport and go home!

So there’s no reason to start your trip late in the day, or finish it early in the morning. You can have both be full days with lots of fun and not worry about your luggage at all.
