Look at Disney Dining Menus Before You Go (Disney World Tips – 29 of 365)
One way to save a lot of time in Disney World is to look at menus for the different restaurants while you’re still at home.
Imagine it’s dinner time, and the whole family is hungry. You go up to a nearby restaurant, only to find that there’s nothing that your daughter will eat. You then spend a few minutes going to another restaurant, only to find out that there’s nothing that you want to eat.
This can happen, and when everyone is hungry, no one will be happy.
Plus, there’s always the fact that during dinner time if you want to eat at a table service restaurant, you’ll most likely only get in with a reservation. So you’ll need to choose your dinner restaurants ahead of time anyway.
But this works for lunch too. While you’re home, take a look at the different menus in the parks you’ll be visiting, as well as any hotels or downtown Disney if you’ll be there.
See what everyone likes. Even if we’re just talking about lunch, or you aren’t going to make a reservation, it’s really handy to know what restaurants everyone is happy with so when it starts getting close to meal time, you can start heading towards one of those restaurants.
No one gets grumpy, and everyone gets a meal they’re happy with.
Here are two websites I visit when looking for Disney menus. They’re both updated often, and you’ll get to see what items you can get while on your vacation!
Why 2 websites? Sometimes you’ll find a more updated menu on one site vs. the other.
I find it’s a fun way to get excited for my trip too, by looking at all of the choices I’ll have to eat while on vacation!
