Are you celebrating something on your Disney World vacation? You can get a free pin (button) at your resort, or at any guest relations in the parks.

Here are some buttons that they have available. They change year to year, but you can usually get “Happy Birthday”, “Happy Anniversary”, “Just Married”, “Just Engaged”, “1st Visit”, “Just Graduated”, and if none of those fit your situation, “I’m Celebrating”.

Why would you want to wear a Disney button on your vacation?

Because it’s fun.

First off, it’s fun to share what you’re celebrating. While you’re wearing your pin, you’ll have many cast members wish you a Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc.

Another reason? Sometimes you’ll get some “Disney Magic” while wearing them. You might get a free dessert, or a fastpass to the ride you’re in line for, or who knows what else.

I’m not the kind of person that likes to get attention, but when I’m at Disney on my anniversary, I love wearing the pin (usually on a backpack). It’s started quite a few conversations with both cast members and other guests at the parks!

It can make your trip just a little bit more magical…
