While looking for things to do and see in between Los Angeles and San Diego, I came across something very cool for people who love flowers. The Flower Fields is in Carlsbad, California, and isn’t far from Legoland. It is exactly as the name states – a field of flowers. It looks incredible though, and isn’t expensive – under $10 to get in. It’s only open for a few months out of the year. This year it’s opening March 1st, and will be open through May 11th.

It has 50-acres of flowers, and also has a store so that you can buy flowers or bulbs if you would prefer. If you take a look at their website, everything looks just beautiful! Since it’s so close to Legoland, I’m thinking of stopping by on the way to San Diego since we’ll be so close anyway.

It looks really pretty, and I can only imagine what it will look like in person!
